What's the best Necromancer armor? I'm trying to build a UW necro / Droks PvE necro if I'll be focusing on curses?

Scar armor is the best for the 55 build. It gives extra energy.

Is the 55 build effective elsewhere? Like if i want to go farm hydras, or play in droks?
